To consider enrolment at EtonHouse International School~Nanjing, we recommend that you schedule a visit to preview our programs and to discuss your needs with our staff.

Our Admissions Manager will be pleased to coordinate a visitation. When you visit the school, you will receive a welcome, a tour of the campus, and an opportunity to visit with the Principal or a senior staff member.

You will be provided documentation explaining our curriculum, staffing and policies for admission age, student placement, tuition fees, our school food service, and we will answer any other questions you may have.

Should you decide to enrol your child, we will arrange for you to have an admission conference so that you can meet your child’s prospective teacher.

Children entering the Nursery classrooms will also have a week-long observation and assessment period and the classroom teacher will meet at the end of that week to provide feedback and any recommendations to ensure that your child’s first school experiences are successful.

To enrol your child in EtonHouse, you will need to prepare the following documents for submission.

• Signed EtonHouse Application Form
• Two passport sized photographs
• Mother's passport/identity card (copy)
• Father's passport/identity card (copy)
• Child's copy of passport
• Child's immunization record
• Signed Emergency Contact Sheet
• Signed EtonHouse Terms & Conditions
• Official school report from last school in English, Chinese or Korean (if available)
• Registration fee of 2,500 RMB.

Upon registration, your child will be allotted a class placement and a date of commencement, or be placed on the EtonHouse waiting list. Before your child begins at EtonHouse, confirmation will be sent to you. Your registration only becomes valid when you have confirmed your application and paid the registration fee.

A payment notice for the tuition payment will be provided to you upon enrolment.
