費(fèi)用說(shuō)明
所有費(fèi)用均為每名學(xué)生的費(fèi)用(人民幣)，需按學(xué)年進(jìn)行支付。下方為2021-2022學(xué)年學(xué)費(fèi)與其它費(fèi)用，供家長(zhǎng)們參考，實(shí)際以學(xué)校新發(fā)布為準(zhǔn)。

Tuition fees for students who enroll after the start of the school year will be billed on a pro-rated basis, based on a per-month fee. 在學(xué)年中入學(xué)的學(xué)生，其學(xué)費(fèi)將以月為單位按比例收取，不足一個(gè)月按一個(gè)月計(jì)算。
Tuition fees are inclusive and cover: Specialized Language support for both Chinese and English, all learning materials, a school bag, PE uniforms, as well as seasonal educational field trips (from Early Childhood 3 to Middle School). Tuition fees for Grades 5 - 8 will also include an overnight field trip. 學(xué)費(fèi)涵蓋：中文及英文課內(nèi)輔導(dǎo)、全部學(xué)習(xí)資料、一個(gè)書(shū)包、兩身運(yùn)動(dòng)服，以及季節(jié)性教學(xué)相關(guān)的校外活動(dòng)費(fèi)用(自6歲到中學(xué)部均有相關(guān)活動(dòng))。5-8年級(jí)學(xué)費(fèi)還包括需要外宿的活動(dòng)費(fèi)用。
Additional support, which is deemed by the Academic Team to be in excess of our teachers’ range of support and resources, such as intensive English language instruction (IEP) and Learning Support (LS), is not included in the above tuition fees. An additional fee will be assessed based on the student’s individual needs to access the curriculum.以上所提及的學(xué)費(fèi)不包括被教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)認(rèn)定為正常課程以外的輔導(dǎo)和資源，如英文基礎(chǔ)強(qiáng)化課程(IEP)、特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)課程(LS)等。這些額外課程的費(fèi)用會(huì)根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體需求而定。
A refundable ¥20,000 Placement Deposit payment is required when a child enrolls at MSB. Please see below for refund terms and conditions. 每位被MSB錄取的學(xué)生需繳納20,000元人民幣的學(xué)位保 證金，該保 證金可退還。請(qǐng)參照以下的退費(fèi)條款。
Families opting to pay by installments must complete and sign an Application for Payment by Installments form by May 22 2020. 申請(qǐng)分期付款的家庭須在2020年5月22日前填寫(xiě)并簽署分期付款申請(qǐng)。
APPLICATION FEE報(bào)名費(fèi)
A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of ¥3,000 must accompany each application. An application will not be considered until the application fee is received.
報(bào)名時(shí)必須同時(shí)繳納3000元報(bào)名費(fèi)，該費(fèi)用不可退還，不可轉(zhuǎn)讓。只有在收到報(bào)名費(fèi)后我校才可以開(kāi)始受理您的申請(qǐng)。
New Students 新入學(xué)學(xué)生
For new students, the school must receive the completed electronic enrollment contract within 10 working days of the official offer of admissions together with the school fees. 新入學(xué)的學(xué)生，應(yīng)當(dāng)在收到錄取通知書(shū)的10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)完成電子入學(xué)協(xié)議并支付學(xué)校費(fèi)用。
Returning Students 續(xù)讀學(xué)生
Parents whose children are re-enrolling for the 2022-2023 school year, must complete the electronic re-enrollment contract by 17 April 2022 to confirm the student’s place.
MSB cannot guarantee a space after this date, as the school will start offering available places to new students on the waitlist.
Returning students who have confirmed their re-enrollment, but who subsequently need to withdraw from MSB must inform the school in writing by 17 April 2022.
對(duì)于MSB的在校生，電子續(xù)讀協(xié)議須在2022年4月17日之前完成，以保 障學(xué)生在2021-2022學(xué)年的學(xué)位。
在此日期之后MSB無(wú)法保 障未簽署續(xù)讀協(xié)議學(xué)生的學(xué)位，因?yàn)镸SB將開(kāi)始為等位名單上的學(xué)生安排學(xué)位。
如果MSB目前的在校生已完成續(xù)讀報(bào)名，但在后又決定退學(xué)，則必須于2022年4月17日前以書(shū)面形式通知學(xué)校。
Withdrawing Students 退學(xué)學(xué)生
Parents whose children will not be re-enrolling for the next academic year must complete the electronic re-enrollment form by 17 April 2022 and indicate that their child will not be returning.
決定下一學(xué)年不再就讀于MSB的學(xué)生，請(qǐng)學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)務(wù)必在2022年4月17日或之前在電子續(xù)讀協(xié)議中注明申請(qǐng)離校。
ADDITIONAL FEES 額外費(fèi)用
Additional support programs such as the Accelerated English Program (AEP) and Learning Support (LS) are not included in the annual tuition fees. Enrolment in MSB's additional support programs is based on the student's assessments and is mandatory for the student to successfully meet the demands of the curriculum.
MSB reserves the right to withdraw a student if parents refuse the recommended additional support.
額外的學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)費(fèi)用，如英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)強(qiáng)化課程(AEP)及特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)(LS)的費(fèi)用不包含在學(xué)費(fèi)當(dāng)中。學(xué)校根據(jù)學(xué)生的評(píng)估成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)估決定該生是否需要參加額外輔導(dǎo)課程，如需要?jiǎng)t必須參加，這樣做的目的是使孩子能夠達(dá)到學(xué)習(xí)課程所需具備的水平。
如學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)拒絕學(xué)生參加這些額外的輔導(dǎo)課程，MSB 保留要求該學(xué)生退學(xué)的權(quán)利。
1. Intensive English Program (IEP) 英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)強(qiáng)化課程(IEP)
Elementary students who are assessed and found to have little or no English language skills may require daily support in order to build the language skills they need to function in their classroom and communicate with their peers. These students will be required to enroll into the Intensive English Program (IEP).
An additional fee will be assessed based on the student’s individual needs to access the curriculum.
MSB reserves the right to withdraw a student if parents refuse the recommended additional support.
沒(méi)有英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)或基礎(chǔ)薄弱的小學(xué)學(xué)生，將需要每天進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)輔導(dǎo)以使他們能夠完成課堂學(xué)習(xí)并與同學(xué)交流。我們要求上述學(xué)生參加AEP 課程。
這些額外課程的費(fèi)用會(huì)根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體需求而定。
如學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)拒絕學(xué)生參加額外的輔導(dǎo)課程，MSB 保留要求該學(xué)生退學(xué)的權(quán)利。
2. Learning Support (LS) 特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)(LS)
In the event that the school deems a child in need of additional assistance, MSB will work with the parents to provide the best care and support for their child. Additional needs include, but are not limited to: regular learning support, speech therapy, psycho-educational evaluation, a full-time shadow, etc.
During the admission process, students with learning difficulties are evaluated on an individual basis to determine if the school can provide for their needs. MSB requires applicants with previously identified learning needs to provide past school records, full evaluations and complete and accurate information of all multi-disciplinary services in use.
For those students who are admitted with learning support needs, a fee will be levied to cover all additional manpower costs. Should the parents of a child in need of any additional assistance refuse to agree to MSB’s plan for support, the school reserves the right to withdraw the child from school.
如果學(xué)校認(rèn)為某個(gè)孩子需要額外的特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)，MSB 將會(huì)和家長(zhǎng)一起為孩子提供關(guān)心和幫助。額外的特殊輔導(dǎo)包括但不限于：定期特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)、語(yǔ)言障礙矯正、心理教育評(píng)估和全職的輔導(dǎo)老師等。
在招生過(guò)程中，有學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生會(huì)進(jìn)行單獨(dú)評(píng)估，以便學(xué)校確定是否能滿足該生要求。MSB 要求已發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)有困難的報(bào)名學(xué)生提供過(guò)往的學(xué)校記錄、完整的評(píng)估報(bào)告以及正在使用的多學(xué)科服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)確信息。
對(duì)于確認(rèn)需要接受特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)的已入讀學(xué)生，學(xué)校將會(huì)收取一定的費(fèi)用以涵蓋額外人力成本。如果家長(zhǎng)拒絕支付相關(guān)費(fèi)用，MSB 保留要求該學(xué)生退學(xué)的權(quán)利。
3. Athletics 體育活動(dòng)
Students participating in sporting events representing MSB may be required to contribute to transportation and tournament participation fees.
對(duì)于代表MSB去參加體育賽事的學(xué)生，學(xué)校有可能會(huì)要求其支付相應(yīng)的交通費(fèi)及活動(dòng)報(bào)名費(fèi)。
