Last week, Hong Qiao International School campus and facilities have been inspected by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the local competent authorities. We are glad to announce that HQIS has passed all the inspections and our reopening plan has been officially authorized! Today, students of four Upper School grades returned to school.

　　上周，上海虹橋國際外籍人員子女學(xué)校接受了上海市教委和相關(guān)防疫部門的開學(xué)檢查。我們很高興地向大家宣布，學(xué)校順利通過了全部檢查，被批準(zhǔn)開學(xué)!今天，中學(xué)部的4個年級已經(jīng)順利返校上課。我們?yōu)樗袑W(xué)生、家長和老師在疫情期間的團(tuán)結(jié)和努力感到驕傲。

　　As the epidemic has stabilized in China, we have received many inquiries from parents. Recently, HQIS has successfully held the first online open day and the feedback was overwhelming. To respond to increasing parents' inquiries, we have prepared the second online Open Day.

　　Shanghai Hong Qiao International School was established in 1997. We officially became an approved International Baccalaureate (IB) school in 2012. IB education standards are now well-respected around the world. We are particularly proud that Hong Qiao International school was one of the first IB schools to be established in China.

　　1997年，上海虹橋國際外籍人員子女學(xué)校(下簡稱HQIS)成立。2009年申請，2012年通過審核，成為IB-PYP的認(rèn)證學(xué)校。IB教育如今在全球名聲大噪，卻很少有人知道，HQIS是國內(nèi)首批認(rèn)證學(xué)校。

　　Over our 23 years, Hong Qiao International School, the oldest international school in Shanghai, has become a comprehensive school with a 15-grade level of academic excellence fully articulated including Kindergarten, Primary, Middle School, and High Schools all on the one campus.

　　• 美國艾威達(dá)學(xué)校的創(chuàng)始校長，艾威達(dá)是一所藍(lán)帶學(xué)校，被認(rèn)為是美國的高中之一，目前是世界上第二大的IB學(xué)校。

　　• 參與創(chuàng)立艾威達(dá)-Macomb學(xué)校，Washtenaw國際高中和Washtenaw國際初中。艾威達(dá)-Macomb學(xué)校在2018年被評為美國的重點(diǎn)公立中學(xué)。

　　• 前奧克蘭大學(xué)IB教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)證講師。曾任IB理事會成員，因?yàn)樗麑H教育的卓著貢獻(xiàn)，IB組織授予他較高榮譽(yù)Inspiration Award(“啟迪獎?wù)?rdquo;)。

　　IB北美總部聘用的督查、培訓(xùn)官和顧問;

　　Robin老師曾是美國密歇根州多所學(xué)校的PYP協(xié)調(diào)員。

　　中學(xué)部課程主管

　　偉琪老師高中畢業(yè)于上海復(fù)旦附中，本科就讀美國哈佛大學(xué)，以高級榮譽(yù)生身份畢業(yè)。

　　曾擔(dān)任國際學(xué)校集團(tuán)中國戰(zhàn)略及業(yè)務(wù)拓展負(fù)責(zé)人。
