　　親愛的文澤學(xué)生，家長和朋友們：

　　你們好!

　　非常榮幸我們的松山湖校區(qū)終于在2019-2020學(xué)期正式開學(xué)!為了實現(xiàn)學(xué)校的愿景，為了順利開學(xué)，我們經(jīng)過了不斷的規(guī)劃，建設(shè)和不懈的付出。

　　我很高興能成為東華文澤學(xué)校的創(chuàng)校校長，讓我有機(jī)會利用我在美國和中國長達(dá)7年的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗，以及14年經(jīng)驗建立完善的學(xué)習(xí)體系來推動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成長，并培育和維持互相合作的文化。

　　我和學(xué)校的每一位員工，都在學(xué)校的使命、愿景和價值觀的驅(qū)動下，實現(xiàn)有教無類;并致力讓所有學(xué)生從世界的教育中獲益，成為有創(chuàng)造力、充滿好奇心和具有批判性思維的人才。我知道，在帶領(lǐng)學(xué)校前進(jìn)和發(fā)展方面，我肩負(fù)著重大的責(zé)任。我在日常運(yùn)營時做到互相包容，使我們能夠建立積極正面的學(xué)校文化，建立持久的關(guān)系，和尊重文化差異。

　　我相信，我們有能力把可能實現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)取得實實在在的成果。我們將自豪地踏上了一段融合“豐富歷史”與“創(chuàng)新未來”的學(xué)習(xí)之旅，而父母和孩子們將成為我們的同路人，一同為未來的挑戰(zhàn)做好準(zhǔn)備并好奇地探索這個充滿可能性的世界。

　　Welcome Letter from

　　Head of School
 

　　Dear Wenzel Students, Families, and Friends,

　　It is with great honor and enthusiasm that we open the Songshan Lake campus for the 2019-2020 school year. Much planning, construction, and investment have gone into realizing the vision of our school and preparing for a successful opening year.

　　I am thrilled to be Wenzel’s founding Head of School where I have been given the opportunity to utilize my seven years of leadership experience, both in America and China, and fourteen years of building learning systems to impact student learning and ensure a nurturing and sustaining culture of collaboration.

　　I am driven, as is every staff member at Wenzel, by our mission, vision, and values and committed to making our school a place where all students are welcome and are benefactors of a world-class education that prepares them to become creative, curious, and critical thinkers. While responsibility is shared, I recognize the unique role I play in the growth and development of our school community and will ensure that inclusive practices are integrated into the daily operations so that we can build a positive school culture, establish enduring relationships, and respond in culturally appropriate ways.

　　I believe we have the power to transform what we think of as possible into tangible outcomes. We are proud to embark on a learning journey that fuses our rich history with an innovative future, supported by parents and children who want to be prepared for the challenges ahead and are curious to explore the world of possibilities. Only when every child is inspired and equipped to succeed, does the Wenzel vision endure.
