夏的酷熱漸退,新學(xué)期已向我們走來。回首過去,中加人凝心聚力,砥礪奮進;新學(xué)期,面對新機遇新挑戰(zhàn),中加人將立足新起點,奮進新征程。
為新起點上具有新氣象新思想,8月24日—27日,我校組織了為期一周的教師培訓(xùn),校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及全體教師參加了培訓(xùn)。
For the coming 2021-2022 new school year, SCCSC held the administrative seminar from August 24 to 27, in which a training session and the performance analysis of last school year took place.
第一天
“言前定則不跆,事前定則不困,行前定則不疚,道前定則不窮。”24日,教學(xué)處關(guān)宇筠主任做了題為“面對新形勢,研究新問題,拿出新舉措,迎接新挑戰(zhàn)”的教學(xué)工作報告。關(guān)主任首先對上學(xué)期的教學(xué)成績進行了肯定,接著重點從師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)與教學(xué)方式轉(zhuǎn)變兩方面對本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工進行了規(guī)劃,提了要求。
學(xué)生處周東凱主任以“創(chuàng)新育人模式,推進自主管理”為核心思想,對本學(xué)期的德育工作進行了部署。
三位年級組長也結(jié)合本年級的實際規(guī)劃了本學(xué)期的重點工作。
Day 1
Mrs. Guan, Director of TAO made her opening remark to address the new challenge and the innovative resolution for the work of the coming school year. Mr. Zhou from Student Service Center illustrated the student fair work plan of the new school year.
第二天
語言教學(xué)與AP課程是我校課程的特色與重要組成部分。25日,高三英語備課組與各AP學(xué)科教師,面向全體教師分析成績分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,吸取教訓(xùn),并制定了本學(xué)期的學(xué)科教學(xué)目標(biāo)及規(guī)劃。
下午,各教研組組織學(xué)科教師研討了《三年學(xué)科規(guī)劃》。
Day 2
The performance analysis session focused on IELTS and AP course achievements. Grade 12 English teachers and AP course instructors shared and analyzed the overall performance of last school year.
第三天
思想是行動的先導(dǎo),理論是實踐的指南。26日,執(zhí)行校長張金仲先生為全體教師做了《重構(gòu)教育教學(xué)新理念——用終極目標(biāo)引領(lǐng)行為價值》的主題報告。張校長在講話中分析了教育的教育發(fā)展形勢,提出在新形勢之下要通過審視自身問題尋找解決方法,提升教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量水平,辦人民滿意的國際化教育。
Day 3
On August 26th, Principal Zhang made his keynote on the theme of ‘Reconstructing Educational Theory: Implementing educational methods with the educational goals in mind’.
張校長特別強調(diào),教育是科學(xué),教師是專業(yè)技術(shù)人員,教師一個肩頭挑著學(xué)生的現(xiàn)在看,一個肩頭挑著祖國的未來。因此教師要提升職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、專業(yè)素養(yǎng),掌握學(xué)習(xí)理論和學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律,在科學(xué)認(rèn)知的基礎(chǔ)上轉(zhuǎn)變育人方式。
Mr. Zhang emphasized that Education is a means of Science, teachers can be seen as the technical professionals, therefore, teachers are meant to improve their professional skills and literacy.
較后,張校長強調(diào)教育“既要堅持‘理解尊重,律己寬人’學(xué)生沿著正確的道路走下去;又要特別關(guān)注學(xué)生的校園感受、課堂感受,讓他們在較璀璨的年華裝上較美好、較溫暖的記憶。”
Mr. Zhang pointed out that school education is not only about teaching and respecting students, it’s also about student’s learning experience. Educators are responsible for students’ unforgettable precious memories.
下午,全體教師通過視頻學(xué)習(xí)了全國首批特級教師霍懋征的演講《沒有愛就沒有教育》,及《人民教育家——于漪》人物傳記視頻,全體教師深受啟發(fā)。同時,為了響應(yīng)并落實國家“”政策,加強個人師德師風(fēng)建設(shè),我校全體教師簽訂了師德師風(fēng)專項書。
The same afternoon, SCCSC teachers watched videos about the stories of two great educators and signed the agreement of teacher‘s professional ethics.
第四天
經(jīng)過一周的組內(nèi)研討,各教研組的學(xué)科規(guī)劃已基本落定。27日,各教研組長在組內(nèi)研討的基礎(chǔ)上做了學(xué)科規(guī)劃匯報。學(xué)科規(guī)劃明確了該學(xué)科的核心素養(yǎng)及落實措施,細化了中加學(xué)校該學(xué)科高中三年的規(guī)劃。
校監(jiān)鄭秉捷先生對各教研組的教學(xué)規(guī)劃進行了點評,對“新時期、新課堂、新教學(xué)”中的“新”做了詮釋,鄭校監(jiān)以樸素的話語解讀了核心素養(yǎng),要求全體教師,新學(xué)期要以“核心素養(yǎng)”為導(dǎo)向設(shè)計課堂教學(xué)。
Day 4
The last day was all about educational design for the coming school year. Subject teams held pedagogical meetings respectively and concluded the discussions into well-organized teaching plans that presented in front of the faculty members.
Mr. Zheng made the final report presentation, in which he shared his perspectives about the new education model in the new time. He also stated that the core ability of each subject is the leading guideline for any teaching and learning activities.
一切以終為始,從心出發(fā)。此次培訓(xùn)活動提升了教師們的思想意識,促進了教師在新的教育教學(xué)形勢下,重構(gòu)教育教學(xué)新概念。
The idea of beginning with the end in mind has been taken away by SCCSC people wisely through various activities in this 4 day gathering.
