小學(xué)部通過(guò)小班化管理(24人/班)，關(guān)注每一個(gè)學(xué)生在教育教學(xué)過(guò)程中知識(shí)與技能、能力與認(rèn)知的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)，以及語(yǔ)言、邏輯和學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展水平。尤其關(guān)注兒童心理發(fā)展，通過(guò)心理課程、生命教育課程以及各類社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，讓每個(gè)孩子在學(xué)校教育中都能獲得成就感和認(rèn)同感。

在外語(yǔ)教學(xué)方面采用純外教、沉浸式、分層教學(xué)方式，關(guān)注每一個(gè)孩子的語(yǔ)言質(zhì)量和應(yīng)用水平。在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)方面，學(xué)校以游泳課程作為必修課，全面提升學(xué)生體適能。從一年級(jí)到六年級(jí)開(kāi)設(shè)輪滑、擊劍、跆拳道、高爾夫、搏擊、網(wǎng)球二級(jí)訓(xùn)練課程;在藝術(shù)教育領(lǐng)域，小學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)了芭蕾、小軍鼓、街舞、小提琴、戲劇、單簧管二級(jí)藝術(shù)課程。在體藝課程之外，學(xué)校設(shè)有足球、籃球、游泳、管樂(lè)隊(duì)、健美操、合唱團(tuán)等校隊(duì)俱樂(lè)部。
